[To all prospective students] Regarding entrance examinations in light of the approach of Typhoon No. 24

To all those planning to take the Comprehensive Selection Entrance Examination on September 5th (Saturday) using the "Assignment Method," "Special Skill Method," or "Classroom Experience Method":

According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, Typhoon No. 24 is expected to approach, but at this time, the comprehensive selection entrance examination is scheduled to be held as planned on Saturday, September 5th.
However, the entrance examination will be postponed if any of the following conditions apply.

1. Criteria for deciding whether to postpone entrance examinations
As of 7:00 AM on Saturday, September 5th, if any of the following has been announced in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture
•Storm warning
•Snowstorm warning
•Special warning (storm, blizzard, heavy snow, waves)
• Warning Level 4 equivalent (Flood risk warning, Heavy rain risk warning, Landslide risk warning, Storm surge risk warning)
• Warning Level 5 equivalent (Special flood warning, special heavy rain warning, special landslide warning, special storm surge warning)
*Regardless of the above weather warnings, if the university determines that planned service suspensions on JR lines and private railway lines near the university would significantly affect the attendance of applicants, the entrance examination may be postponed.

2. Schedule in case of postponement
If the entrance examination is postponed, it will be conducted as follows.
Postponed date: Saturday, September 12th, starting at 1:30 PM
*There are no changes to the test venue or test content.
*Further details will be sent to applicants by mail.

Information regarding whether or not the entrance examination will be held, or whether it will be postponed, will be posted on the university's website. Please be sure to check the latest information before taking the exam.
