We held an "On-Campus Joint Career and Job Fair" primarily for third-year students Faculty of Global Nursing, in person on October 19th and online (via Teams) on October 20th.

This year, a total of 30 hospitals participated: 16 in person, 12 online, and 2 providing on-demand materials. Many of the participants were alumni nurses, giving them an opportunity to speak to younger nurses from their perspective as hospital staff.

The students listened attentively, taking notes and actively asking questions about things that interested them, participating while thinking concretely about their career paths after graduation. Speaking directly with hospital representatives provided a valuable opportunity for them to deepen their understanding of the characteristics of each hospital and the actual working conditions.

Also on the same day, an information session for Graduate School of Global Nursing Science at Otemae University was held, and students interested in enrolling participated.

At our university, we will continue to provide meticulous career and job placement support so that students can envision their own unique careers and make informed decisions about their future paths after graduation.
