Faculty/Major (Field)

Faculty of Intercultural Japanese Studies
Based on the policy of "Think globally, act locally," we aim to develop human resources who have the ability to be accepted in the international community, a global perspective, and who contribute to the revitalization and development of local communities and local economies, in other words, glocal human resources. We foster "language skills and communication skills," "ability to understand multiple cultures," "ability to discover the charms of the region (Japan) from a global perspective," and "ability to disseminate these to the world."

Faculty of Architecture & Arts
Creating new things that do not exist in the world and solving current problems creatively. As a creator with a rich humanity who lives such an attractive life, we will create various opportunities to have many "heart-shaking experiences" in order to find free thinking and expression that is unique to you. Through learning at this school, we will broaden your world and cultivate the ability to create a rich life.

Faculty of Modern Social Studies
In today's ever-changing society, where we must continue to search for answers to "better ways of living," we offer five majors to help you find those answers. A major that captures the individuals who make up modern society and the social environment that surrounds them, a major that is related to information technology and globalization, and a major that explores the shape of the regions in which we live. By studying these subjects across the board, you will develop the ability to seek "better ways of living."

Faculty of Business Administration
Through learning at this faculty, we create various opportunities to test your potential, such as industry-government-academia collaborative project-based learning (PBL) and field studies. In this modern age where it is difficult to predict the future, in order to live an interesting 100-year lifespan, we foster a spirit of challenge that allows students to boldly take on challenges and turn failure into new growth, as well as the ability to transform experience into growth, by finding a life goal that suits them and not relying solely on theories and knowledge found in textbooks.

Faculty of Health and Nutrition
Our faculty members provide close support to students, aiming to provide "careful support for each and every student." Taking advantage of the close relationship between students and faculty, we not only help students pass the national dietitian exam, but also guide them to the "future they want" that matches their vision for the future through our unique "Mirai Step Program," which allows students to choose a curriculum that matches their career aspirations.

Faculty of Global Nursing
Based on the philosophy of "Global Nursing," which deeply understands and respects human diversity, including nationality, language, sexuality/gender, and culture, we create opportunities for all students to experience internships overseas, not just in Japan, and interact with patients at local medical institutions. Through the "original experience of international nursing" of interacting with diverse people, we foster the ability to live in a globalizing society.
